Delete your account
You can delete your Paydar account at any time, in the app or by email. Parents and guardians can also request deletion of a minor's account.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Paydar app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deleting your account removes your profile and access to Paydar. Some records may be kept where described below.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email contact@gopaydar.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include your name and your role (Athlete, Parent, or Brand).
We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting anything, to protect your account from unauthorized requests. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Parents and guardians of minors
A parent or legal guardian can request deletion of a minor's account (ages 13–17), or withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@gopaydar.com with the athlete's name and the email on their account, and tell us your relationship to the athlete. We'll verify your authority before making changes.
If you believe a child under 13 has created a Paydar account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps, which may include disabling the account and deleting the information.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting the Paydar app or your Paydar account does not, by itself, cancel an active App Store subscription. To cancel, open Settings on your Apple device, select your Apple Account, select Subscriptions, choose Paydar, and follow the cancellation instructions.
What we may keep
Some information may be retained after deletion where required or permitted by law, or where needed to complete transactions, document agreements, maintain guardian consent records, protect security, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. Information already shared with another user, such as messages or documents exchanged with a brand, may remain with that user.
See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and your privacy rights.
